Ok, I'm done. Enjoy!
The days since Allie's death were full of grief and training. Nebris seemed on edge and trained me as if I would need to use my new skills at any second. Which I suppose I might. Winter was on its way, frost nipped at the grass. I wasn't cold. Allie would have been though.
"Etho, hurry up!" Spider snapped. Spider was my spy instructor. She would show me the ways of lying, sneaking, and disguise.
"I'm coming!" I muttered. She was so, just, gah! We were heading towards the blackout room. I had to slink though the pitch black without being caught. Spi stepped into the dark room.
"In." She commanded. I stepped in and the door swung shut behind us. I couldn't see a thing. I felt a shift in the air currents as Spi rushed me. She was silent, the most alert mouse would be sound. My eyes widened as she landed a hard blow to my stomach. The object was to run from her. Or I could pin her down. But pinning her would hurt. Fight or Flight. I chose flight. I ran stealthy away. Silence threatened to drown me. Yes! She can't find m-
"Oof!" I gasped. A hard boot thwacked my head. Owww!
"You breath too loud." Was Spiders only comment. Breath too loud?! She dismissed me and sent me to Nebris.

"My head hurts!" I complained. I knew better than to expect sympathy though.
"Too much to defend yourself?" Nebs taunted.
"Never!" I threw myself at him. He fell to the floor and we squabbled around for a few minutes. He emerged victorious.
"Weak." He sniffed. I shoved him off and went to my bed. It was neatly made, which was a must. My fluffy silver hair was sticking out in all directions. The intercom buzzed.
"All persons report to the mess. Now."
