███████ ████- A young prodigy. Moved to the top of his class almost immediately, excelling in most subjects. Moving quickly past his classmates, and even above those in higher grades, he climbed the ladders quickly, reaching high school at the age of twelve. This left his significantly out of his age group, and outside what could normally be considered a healthy social environment for him. This however did not affect him, as he exhibited an almost sociopathic disregard for social interaction, or other humans in general. Graduating high school at the top of his class, he proceeded to vanish from the academic world for a year, before he and his sister were involved in a gruesome accident. Confirmed dead on ██/██/████ at the age of seventeen. May he rest in peace.

Patient 77737-577-27 - Prodigy level - 2 - Rescued from the burning ruins of ██████████ with his sister on ██/██/████ at the age of seventeen. Major physical trauma at time of recovery, entire right half of body damaged beyond repair. Right arm, right leg, and left leg below the knee required amputation. Right ear and right eye destroyed at time of recovery. Damage to brain: mediocre. Slight damage throughout, inhibiting but not debilitating damage to sectors on right side of brain (see document 77737-577-27-Bi-A for full list). Requires specific support to gain and remain conscious. Some memory centers damaged; minor, random, memory loss occurred. Life support required - Full. Respiration, consciousness, motility, and consumption require mechanical aid.

Update - Patient has gained reliable consciousness after ███ days and has been acting as the normal patients, resulting in greater mental health for the patient and significant improvements to the facilities’ systems (see document 77737-577-27-Imp-A for full list). Patient has also allocated significant amounts of time to the improvement and self-containment of his life support. The patient also appears to have forgotten his name and his sister’s name due to brain damage, and with Patient 77746-877-47 (patient’s sister) unable to be revived to obtain the names, the patient has taken to calling himself “Seven” in reference to it’s patient number, and his sister “Sheva” (Seven in another language) in reference to her number and their relation. This does not appear to have affected the patient’s mental well being, and he appears to somewhat enjoy the name.

Despite patient’s advances in life support, “Sheva” has yet to be fully revived. She can gain only temporary consciousness, and has so far not been able to be moved from her bed to a LSC. This appears to distress the patient greatly, removal of contact would be suggested, but that would only increase the issue. Additionally, “Sheva” also does not appear to remember either of their names, or is not capable of becoming conscious enough to do so.

Update: Release log: With current life support upgrades, the patient is now cleared for release, and as Dr. “Brain” has finished helping him with the neural interface and brain repair and replacement, the patient is now prepared to leave the facility. He has stated that he intends to continue with the research and improvement of his augmentations, as well as finding a way to use them to help his sister.

Full list of systems in place (updated to time of release): Grasper from personal LSC (Life support chair) moved and mounted on right shoulder, motility systems changed to cybernetic legs, respiration support moved to and condensed inside of cavity of the (removed during process) damaged organic counterpart, neck damage repaired with metal casing - parts of voice box required replacement both due to existing damage and the sealing process, consumption system upgraded in similar method to respiration system, basic audio receptor and basic visual sensor used to replace damaged sensory organs, plasteel alloy casing used to cover damaged sections of outer body, with the respective areas removed and upgraded if non-functional. Patient has now managed to condense life support system completely inside cavity where damaged systems were removed (additional conversion of some previously un-damaged systems required to do so), casing now the shape of normal human outer layer.
