This story takes place in the Isles of the Sky, a parallel dimension to the one we live in now, though it is different, very, different.

Six islands, six countries, all hostile toward the other. The children, are raised by their parents until they are 12. Then, they are sent away to school, to choose their own paths, to train, and become the next generation of guardians of their country.

Magic, melee and ranged, the children are free to choose their paths, but whatever they choose, their future is always the same.

Or can they change that?

Backstory: I was trained by an ancient tribe of magic users to keep watch over the kingdoms and try to prevent any bloodshed.

8. Backstory: Had a simple upbringing among a family of low-ranking officials. There were no issues in his home life, and is the youngest in the family, making him extremely naive and easily manipulated. His first year at the academy showed him to be extremely adept at fire magic.
9. Can use fire and life magic together to create being of fire that can move and live on their own, but it takes a lot of power to create them.

5. TWS Seven* - Brown long sleeved shirt, pseudo-suit pants, gloves, and boots. Wears a buttoned (closed) full-length trenchcoat, and a wide-brimmed brown hat that hides my face. If someone does see it, I’m wearing a mask that resembles my face, but still covers it. One blue eye, and one odd looking red eye that moves on it’s own.
6. Logical, smart, cold, secretive. Distant socially, and rarely interacts with people if not on a mission.
7. I’m fairly distant, meaning that I don’t talk with many people. Possibly Alice (If she signs up), Sol, Clash, and Shawn as friends. Has run into M a few times.
8. Once a happy, fun, joyful person who had always been interested in magical studies. However, the death of his sister at the age of eleven basically broke him, and he slipped into depression and introversion, losing his connection to, and empathy for, people. Had no family or friends to speak of outside of his sister, ever.
9. Prone to seeming randomly set off bursts of complete rage, where he uses his full seven years of training and oddly powerful death magic to attack people/things around him (rarely uses death magic outside of these bursts).

*I would like the cyborg body parts, but if they do not work in this universe, then that’s okay. Also, if they are allowed, the red eye is my cyborg one, if not, then it’s just an eye as described above.
